A/S입고 보증기간 이란?
- 하드웨어적인 문제로 하자가 발생하였을 때 당사로 하자부품을 입고 시켜주시면 당사 엔지니어가 A/S 처리를 해드리는 서비스를 말합니다.
1:1 교체 및 A/S입고 공동사항
- 선 교체 : 하자 부품에 대해 당사에서 제품을 먼저 출고시켜 드리는 방법으로, 하자 제품은 7일 이내에 당사로 입고 시켜주셔야 합니다.
- 1:1 교체 : 하자 부품을 당사 직원이 방문해서 교체해 드리는 방법으로, 출장비는 별도 청구 됩니다.
- 하드웨어적인 하자가 발생할 경우 당사 엔지니어의 진단에 의해 판별됨을 알려 드립니다.
- 입고 방법은 택배를 이용해 주시기 바라며 입고 시 발생되는 물류비는 당사 50%, 고객사 50% 가 원칙 입니다.
  ( 당사, 고객사 선불로 이용) 단, 그밖에 퀵 또는 화물로 이용하는 경우 고객사에서 부담 해주셔야 합니다.
- 하드웨어적인 하자가 발생할 경우 당사 엔지니어의 진단에 의해 판별됨을 알려 드립니다.
- 출장을 원하시는 경우, 서비스요금 산정 기준에 명시한 비용이 발생됩니다.
- 유/무상 서비스에 명시되어있는 예외 기준에 의한 불량 발생은 보증기간 내에 발생하더라도 별도의 비용이 청구 될 수 있습니다.
